Ad Rates

- The Chanticleer will not be held liable for any errors in any advertisment unless proof of such advertisement is submitted to the advertiser and returned to The Chanticleer office with such error or correction plainly noted in writing. In the case any error is not corrected by The Chanitcleer, its liability shall not exceed the cost of the space actually occupied by the ad in which the error is made.

- Political advertisements must be paid for in advance of publication.

- The Advertising Director reserves the right to bill in advance for any advertisement.

- Local rates apply to businesses billed and/or in residence in northeastern Alabama.

- All payments must be made by check and made payable to 'The Chanticleer'.

- Proofs are available upon request, but the advertiser should realize that ad copy not submitted within a suffiecient time before deadline will result in delay of ad proof.

- Tear sheets may be furnished at time of billing by request.

- Advertising position may be requested, but is not guaranteed.

- The Chanticleer reserves the right to refuse any advertisement at any time, for any reason.

- These policies are subject to change at any time, without notice.

- Deadline for reservation of ad space is 6 p.m. Thursday, one week prior to publication.

- Deadline for all ad copy and display advertising is 6 p.m. Friday, six days prior to publication.
